A few things to remember as you plan your visit:

• Most children are familiar with entertainment that happens on TV or via device screens. Explain that this will be different, because there will be a story happening live in front of them. The story doesn't stop if you leave the room, but there will be a break in the middle of the show.

• Have fun - sing along, dance, clap, and join in the audience participation elements. But be safe and considerate of those around you.

• Please don't allow your child to stand on chairs and please do not put your child on your shoulders during the show.

VIP Ticket Holders will receive email notification a few days out from the show containing show day instructions, VIP Bag collection details and info on the VIP Meet & Greet location and access. A reminder that all people attending the VIP Meet & Greet must have a VIP Ticket, both children and adults (exc. babies/toddlers 12 months and under).

CAN I BUY A VIP TICKET FOR MY CHILD BUT A REGULAR TICKET FOR MYSELF?

Any child attending Peppa Pig’s Fun Day Out LIVE! must be in the care of and seated with a ticketed adult at all times. So, if you wish to purchase a VIP Ticket for your child then any adult attending with the child must also purchase a VIP Ticket in order to sit with them and accompany them to the VIP Meet & Greet post-show.

In order to sit together, you will need to purchase Peppa Pig’s Fun Day Out LIVE!  VIP Ticket for each member of your family as the VIP seats are grouped together at the front of the venue.

Important Note: it will not be possible to ‘find a seat’ nearby on show day as each seat is ticketed. VIP tickets are usually sold-out months ahead of show day.

If you’re yet to receive the VIP package information email, don’t worry, the below details are all you need.

Your VIP tickets include your VIP Gift Bag/s which can be collected in the venue foyer area before the show - keep an eye out for signage, and feel free to ask a venue usher if you are unsure of where to find the collection location. You will need to present your VIP tickets in order to collect. And be sure to wear your VIP Lanyards once you have them!

The VIP Meet & Greet itself will happen post-show and you can stay in your seats until the venue ushers escort you to the location. Again, will need to present your VIP tickets in order to access the Meet & Greet. Enjoy the show!

CAN I BRING MY CHILD IN A PRAM, STROLLER OR BUGGY?

Whilst we encourage you to leave the pram at home, we understand that this is not always possible. Most venues will not allow you to take a pram into the auditorium (we need to keep the aisles clear in case of an emergency) however you will find there is a pram parking area at most venues.

An interval is necessary to allow for the performers to safely have a rest break, to reset the stage, adjust the set, lighting or change costumes or actors. In Peppa Pig’s Fun Day Out LIVE! the interval is approximately 15 minutes. You will have time to visit the rest room, the merchandise counter or to purchase refreshments.
